The Organization(EADG) functions as a Network of Independent Artists
who come together in an organized involvement to sow seeds into the
community and inspire youth by bringing experiences to them that foster
growth of a strong foundation in community values.

Our Mission:
++To lead youth in art-based revitalization of public space.
++Provide Art-Integrated Workshops which link the resources of
libraries, churches, community centers, and hospitals to come to the
aid of at-risk youth in grades K-12.

Several Artists may be involved as Instructors/Speakers to demonstrate
their craft on-location with the children at visited sites.
Organizational Goals:
Mentorship- we are staffed by
professional artists and instructors who
are all committed to the mission of
youth outreach and who believe in the
positive outcomes that can come from
leading by example.
A Helping Hand- we partner
community agencies.
Healing- we know first-hand that Art is
a powerful healing and
transformational tool that has been
used in both educational and medical
institutions as such. Our mission is to
integrate art for its ability to make this
impact.
Making Things Beautiful- we are
committed to inspiring others by
leaving behind quality fine and
architectural works of art for public
enjoyment.  We donate and make
available to the public all works of art
produced by the youth in our
workshops and programs.
Outreach –our program design provides
alternatives which are aimed at
minimizing the risk that youth, ages 5-
17 years old, will become initially or
further involved in the juvenile justice
system, or become chronically
dependent on the human services
system.

"...one of the reasons people undergo transformations of values is the result of an act of
discovery."  --herbert kohl
“Once upon a time,
there were students (and
here I include myself)
who wanted to stay in
college forever because
our courses provided an
experience of studying,
learning, and communal
fellowship in the quest
for knowledge that was
simply divine.”
